Anyone can sing the Acknowledgment Song as a part of Acknowledgement of Country at school assemblies, community gatherings, or events. We encourage you to localise the lyrics by replacing the word ‘Indigenous’ with the name of your local Traditional Owners, if known. Here are some examples of major cities:

Canberra - Ngunnawal or Ngambri
